Hi, I Had A Cut Above My Eye And Below

Hi, I had a cut above my eye and below the eyebrow following a cycling accident. The stitches were removed after 1 week, then two weeks later there appears to be blood pooling at the site of the scar, which looks like a blood blister approximately 4mm long. Is this normal? If not, what do I need to do? Many thanks
