Hi, I Had A Cut In My Penis Joint (foreskin

Hi,
I had a cut in my penis joint (foreskin & penis head) 3 weeks back during sex. After 1 day the pain gone but I had discomhort during sex. Today again I had a cut with lots of blood. I have slight pain and discomfort. Penis bleed slightly on urine from that cut.
Please help
