Hi, I Had A Cyst On My Tailbone About 3

I had a cyst on my tailbone about 3 years ago around this time. I think I'm getting another one, but not completely sure. I have what looks like two small blackheads on my tailbone right now, and I feel like there's a bump. It's not painful, just tender.
