Hi, I Had A Delayed Period Problem In Around August,

Hi, I had a delayed period problem in around august, hence was suggested with duphaston. I got my periods within 3 days after having the 10 tablets in 5 days. We have been trying for a baby for around 4 months but no luck yet. This time again I was supposed to have my period on 26th of Nov but I did not get it. So on doctors advice I took duphaston from 5th to 9th of Dec. I still did not get my periods and I have got negative pregnancy results with home kits. All my prolactin and progesterone level are normal as tested in September. Please help. What should I do
