Hi. I Had A Discectomy Back In 2014 And Have

Hi. I had a discectomy back in 2014 and have been feeling pretty good. Recently I noticed my left foot vibrating, not tingling like pins and needles. I had pins and needles in my right leg before my surgery. It feels like a constant, minor shock wave in my entire foot. Could this be leading to another herniated disc?
