Hi I Had A Ear Infection Last Week After Taking

Hi I had a ear infection last week after taking anti biotics but after that they was no pain but my ears were clogged . And today my ears not clogged anymore , my ears are perfectly fine now . But after that my body temperature was hot (fever) having cough and blocked nose. My eyes are red when I cough too . Is it normal ? Or is it anything to do with the ear infection ?
