Hi. I Had A Fall While Skating A Few Years

Hi. I had a fall while skating a few years back. It had hurt my hip bone for quite a while. After that I could only feel the pain in left hip on touching. Then I started noticing the pain area to be lumpy and rubbery. You cannot see the lump from outside but on feeling only. It hurts when I press it softly. Otherwise sitting is generally not painful unless for long periods. I also jog regularly but jogging never bothers. Also 7-8 years ago I had to do some office work requiring long hours of sitting. With that my tail bone came out. I can see it in mirror. But after starting exercise it doesn't bother too. Should I get this lump checked? I'm 44 female. Thanks.
