Hi I Had A Few Drinks Of Alcohol Last Night

Hi I had a few drinks of alcohol last night witch resulted in me vomiting, at first it was just the drink that I threw up but then I vomited and it was lumpy and black with redish liquid, I'm very concerned as this had never happened before... I don't often drink alcohol and I hadn't had anything black in colour food wise that day ect I was hoping g for some advice, I'm going to the doctors on Monday for a smear test so was going to try to see a doctor while I am there but would still like some advise until then. Thanks
