Hi I Had A Fight With My Brother And It

I had a fight with my brother and it got bit physical ..i got hit by his fist on my nose .. the start point of nose ..and on my left part of nose ..now im feeling pain ..if i touch i feel swelling but cant see swelling..
My brother is heavy ..and it was full power hit ..also same thing im feeling on my head ..
Im worrIMG abt my nose .... can there will be possibility that i get fracture .. ? Or tell me how i can heal it ..
