Hi, I Had A Full Hysterectomy In Dec Of 2014

Hi, I had a full hysterectomy in Dec of 2014 and mostly in the last couple of months I have been having a dull ache pain in that are? I have had breast cancer twice and that's why my doctor suggested me to have this done. Not sure what is going on but its starting to frighten me. I was wondering since he removed everything if it could be scar tissue. Even after this long of time. Any thoughts??
