Hi, I Had A Gout Flare Up On My Right

Hi, I had a gout flare up on my right knee (which I have had before), but after limping around for a couple of days, there is now a sore hard lump at the outer bottom part of my right thigh (like a knot) that does cause me pain when I bend the joint or put my full weight on it. Is this part of the effects of gout or did I tear or pull something that could be more permanent?
