Hi I Had A Grade 2 Calf Tear Two Weeks

Hi I had a grade 2 calf tear two weeks ago I am now walking fairly normal put get some pain behind my knee and still in the calf but not severe pain my leg and ankle is very swollen throughout the day but is normal after rest . Is this ok or should I see someone
