Could Small Sensitive Dips On My Scalp And Occasional Headaches Be Related To My Hair Transplant?

Hi, I had a hair transplant about 7 months ago now and I have started to notice a couple of small sensitive dips on my scalp followed by headaches sometimes. I went to see my gp he just dismissed it down to dandruff but I don’t think this is the case
