Hi I Had A Hickey About One And A Half

Hi I had a hickey about one and a half week ago and now it healed. Recently I saw my boyfriend again and he licked and kissed my neck where my previous hickey was but he didn't give me one this time. When I came home I saw a hickey-like mark on the same spot!! When I had my real hickey, it itched a little and I scratched a little. But the hickey-like mark doesn't itch or hurt at all. It's just a mark. it got less purple this morning but I'm worried what this is?? Help me please thanks.
