Hi I Had A Hysterectomy 13 Years Ago. I Have

Hi I had a hysterectomy 13 years ago. I have caught a cold/ allergies and have been coughing. The coughing has not been extremely difficult but rather more to clear my throat. I have just recently started getting a sharp pain across my scar. It is a burning, pulling pain. After the coughing I am left with the a sore stomach in that area. Should I be concerned it is a hernia?
