Hi I Had A Hysterectomy (ab) 5 Moths Ago. I

Hi I had a hysterectomy (ab) 5 moths ago. I over did it and tore the internal sutures causing a painful lump. I had this surgically removed 3 weeks ago and the pain completely went away. Unfortunately 5 days ago I over did it again by straining and the pain has come back. I have tried rising but the pain won't subside. My doctor thinks I have bruised it but not caused permanent damage. I am very concerned
