Hi, I Had A Hysterectomy Due To A Benign Pedunculated

Hi,
I had a hysterectomy due to a benign pedunculated fibroid and my ovaries were kept intact. The procedure was open, not laparscopic. All of my pathology reports were normal. I just had an annual exam and the CRNP said she felt a small area that was slightly firm. It was not round, but straight across-close to my incision. She ordered a transvaginal ultrasound as a precautionary measure. She said not to be alarmed, should I be?
