Hi I Had A Hysterectomy Over Two Weeks Ago. I

Hi I had a hysterectomy over two weeks ago. I go tomorrow for my follow up appointment. I've had bleeding since surgery that seems to be normal. But an hour ago the bleeding became very heavy and bled through my pad and pants and when I went to the bathroom a huge blood clot came out. I did drink 3 beers yesterday but other than that I have been following the doctors orders regarding recovery. Do I have a need to be concerned?
