I had a laparotomy 3 weeks ago. About a 8 days ago I started experiencing very severe cramps daily but my periods only come when I peed. I don't even need to wear a pad. However the periods come out in thick clots that vary from dark red to brown. I have been taking heavy painkillers for the cramps but nothing seems to help. The stomach cramps are accompanied by back aches and are most painful in the morning when I wake up.What could be wrong?
