Hi I Had A Little 2 Day Menstrual Not Heavy

Hi I had a little 2 day menstrual not heavy at all but what happened was it started no cramps stopped the next day started again the next and then completely stopped the day after it stopped I had some discharge but not a lot can you tell me what caused this its never happened I'm a usual 7 day. Thanks
