Hi, I Had A Lump In My Throat. I Went

Hi, I had a lump in my throat. I went to the emergency room - I thought it was my thyroid. They did a cat scan and found nothing. I went to my primary care, she examined me, my throid, etc. and said it was the sternocleoimastoid on right side. She referred me to physical therapist.
Physical therapist said they could treat the scm, but can not treat my other symptoms which are dizziness, loss of balance, nausea, terrible headache in front of head, temples on right side, top of head, back of head; pain in eye, severe light sensitivity where I cant tolerate the sun, blurry vision, ear pain, noise sensitivity and popping in ears. I feel as if I have the flu with red eyes, sinus with runny nose and I feel feverish and then sometimes cold. PC referred me to ENT, Optomologist and neurologist.

Background. I am 66 yrs old female in otherwise good health. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with concussion after I hit the mastoid behind my ear in a fall. I was also diagnosed with post concussive syndrome. For the past 4 years the neurologists have been treating the above symptoms as migraine as a part of the PCS.

Question: What doctor do I see for the above scm symptoms since the PT said he cant. Is there one dr. I can see to treat the symptoms as a whole, instead of individual specialists for each symptom, because that will be a lot of specialists.
