Hi, I Had A Lumpectomy Just A Little Over A

Hi, I had a lumpectomy just a little over a year ago. I notice a small bump recently where my tumor was removed. (It was Stage 1 - little risk of the cancer returning, so I opted out of radiation). Chemo was no necessary. Is it possible for a new tumor to be forming this quickly or could this be the result of the surgery? Thank you for your help.
