Hi, I Had A Medical Abortion A Few Days Ago

Hi, I had a medical abortion a few days ago and today my feet and ankles are very swollen. I am prone to a bit of a swollen foot and they swell enormously during pregnancy. I'm pretty sure I passed the embryo but am still bleeding and passing small to medium sized clots. I have some nausea still and very mild cramping
Are all of these things normal?
