Hi! I Had A Medical Abortion At 15weeks Pregnancy 5days

Hi!
I had a medical abortion at 15weeks pregnancy 5days ago. I don't know my hcg level as I didn't go for check up. My question is, how to do to help flush out the hcg to become normal again? Is drinking plenty of fluids can help to flush out? Please help.
