Hi, I Had A Medical Abortion With Pills At About

Hi, I had a medical abortion with pills at about 7 weeks, and less than 4 hours later I had normal period bleeding, the following two days there was no bleeding but on the third day I began to spot up till the 7th. I then took a strip test and it showed positive again. Does this mean abortion is incomplete what can I do to ensure it is gone completely as I have exams in a few days
