Hi, I Had A Mild Heart Attack August 6th That

Hi, I had a mild heart attack August 6th that I've been recovering from pretty well. I'm taking a normal dose in the morning of clopidogrel and atorvastin at night along with metoprolol 25 mg once in morning and then 12 hours later. My question is if I miss one dose of atorvastin maybe once a month and have 3 beers in an evening would it be very dangerous or no big deal? thanks
