Hi I Had A Mild Infection Which Caused Heavy Discharge,

I had a mild infection which caused heavy discharge, doctor prescribed vaginal tablet which douched my vagina and was discharge-free for about a month and now discharge is heavy again. Should I use the vaginal tablet again ? Am trying to conceive and am concerned that the heavy discharge is a sign of an unhealthy reproductive environment . Or will too much vaginal tablet use upset the natural conditions of the vagina/uterus
