Hi I Had A Miscarriage At 7 Weeks That Began

Hi I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks that began 37 days ago and lasted 7 days. It was natural and my hcg levels were at 60 ; 6 days after and a blood test 10 days lster showed zero. My doctor told me we could try again & we have had sex from day 19. Since yesterday I have had light spotting of stretchy cervical mucous lightly tinged with blood. It almost looks yellowy tan. I did a first response pregnancy test thismorning and it was negative. This is nothing like my normal period which always starts with bright red blood and cramping. What is happening here?
