Hi, I Had A Miscarriage In April At 4 Wks

Hi, I had a miscarriage in April at 4 wks and just yesterday again at 9wks. My midwife suggested I use a progesterone cream but I wanted to know at what time should I start? When I begin ovulation? During the bleeding now? Next cycle? I'm 46 yrs old and she feels certain my levels are low.
