Hi I Had A Miscarriage Three Weeks Ago And Bleeding

Hi I had a miscarriage three weeks ago and bleeding has stopped but sometimes I get spotting. But I'm feeling pain in my right leg and probably in my right ovary still. I was just wondering has it got something to do with my miscarriage or could it be due to cold weather? The pain starts from lower back and upper part of the right leg only. even when I wake up in morning the pain is till there.
