Hi I Had A Missed Abortion At 7 Weeks 15

I had a missed abortion at 7 weeks 15 days ago.Gynaec said there were two big fibroids while they did the D and C. I am 39 years old with Scoliosis and COPD. This was my first pregnancy after marriage 3 years ago. Gynaec has advised resuming intimacy after 15 days and a Sono after a month to check the status of fibroids.
I need advise considering my advanced age

1. Is it safe to resume intimacy within 15 days OR should I wait for my periods to resume.

2.Are fibroids responsible for missed abortion and can they delay my chances of conceiving again.

3. How soon it possible to get pregnant after a missed abortion .
Is a woman more fertile immediately after she conceives and can get pregnant soon even though there was a miscarriage

4. Do miscarriage get repeated?
How to avoid miscarrying

5. Will my Scoliosis and COPD affect my next pregnancy.
I have low oxygen and use Bipap . I was guided and monitored by my chest physician though during my pregnancy .
