Hi. I Had A Missed Miscarriage One Year Back And

Hi. I had a missed miscarriage one year back and got a d & e, i got all the tests done ANA, etc. Everything was normal except ASO-titre which was 373 (should be under 200 i believe?). We've been trying to conceive since 10 months now with no results, the doc said i had "mild pcos" but she put me on metformin and myoinositol, after which i had regular cycles and i did ovulate, we did follicular study. I am now scared that i may have some sort of tubal blockage or infection or salpingitis, because we never got checked after the high aso. Is that possible or paranoia? Im scared because its taking too long to get pregnant now and the last time i got pregnant in just 1 month of trying!
