Hi I Had A Negative Uterine Biopsy In Dec 14

Hi I had a negative uterine biopsy in Dec 14 for endo thickness 0f 10mm. It is now 16mm. I'm 52, menopausal with 2 calcified fibroids from an uterine artery embolization in 2010. My doctor said to get a hysterectomy and they would then test for cancer. The second opinion said to get a hysteroscopy with D&C. Which is correct?
