Hi, I Had A Nexplanon Removal Yesterday And They Only

Hi, I had a nexplanon removal yesterday and they only put 2 steri strips on, and didn't give me any after care instructions. But today my strips fell off and I noticed my incision is wide open and I have 2 large blisters. Also I'm having a lot of pain in the area, and it hurts to lift my arm. Do I need to get stitches or see a doctor? If not what can I do to ensure I won't get an infection?
