Hi, I Had A Partial Thyroidectomy For Biopsy Of Suspicious

Hi, I had a partial thyroidectomy for biopsy of suspicious nodules, and partial para thyroidectomy to remove a nodule. Although the ENT has cleared me, I am still seeing the Endocrinologist for follow up lab work. My calcium is ok, but vitamin D is low. He has now ordered the following lab tests, cortisol, LFH ?, TSH, and IGI, or IGA. He wants to see the results first thinking I may need to be on medicine for under active thyroid. Can you tell me what these labs are?
