Hi, I Had A Persantine Nuclear Scan, Im Worried With

Hi,
I had a persantine Nuclear Scan,
Im worried with results and don't know what it means, my doctor wants to do a cardiac cath, what is he expecting to find?

Can you tell me what this test means?

The images were obtained in the supine position on the Symbia camera..
Stress and rest perfusion images demonstrated moderate sized milkd severity partially reversible mid anterior perfusion defect.. Raw images demonstrated evidence of breast attenuation..

Gate images demonstrated resting and post stress EF of 64 and 65% with normal wall motion. Resting end diastolic volume is 93mls and post stress is 101ml. Resting end systeolic volume is 32MLS and Post stress is 35mls.

Impression: 1. Non-diagnostic Persantine Ecg
2. Mulkdly abnormal perfusion images with a partial reversible anterior perfusion defect in the context of breast attenuation. This is a low specificity finding.
3. Probability of CAD is low intermediately.
4. Ristk of cardiac events is low.
