Hi, I Had A Personal Question, Hard To Ask But

Hi, I had a personal question, hard to ask but here we go. I have been having itching and soreness for a while now, but recently i have noticed sore bumps i can feel them under the skin around my clitoris. I have been scared, i notice that you cant hardly see them but can definitely feel them. They are in like a rainbow pattern above my clitoris. First was painful to touch and now are painful period. I had recently got over a bacterial infection back in December and my doctor went ahead and done sexual infection testing and all negative. Do you have any idea what this could be and possibly how i can get rid of it??
