Hi, I Had A Physical And Had Blood Work Done.

Hi, I had a physical and had blood work done. My Hepatitus C antibody came back reactive (23.70), so the HCV RNA test was done and came back that Hepatitus C was detected. My AST is 23 and my ALT is 16. I will be going to my gastroenterologist for further work up. Does this mean I have a mild case of Hepatitus C or can you give any other indications of what my blood work shows.
