Hi ... I Had A Piles Surgery Two Years Back

Hi ...
I had a piles surgery two years back and right now I am feeling good and some time I am facing stool problem.
But now I am healthy, can I take beer once in 3weeks ?
Is beer /red wine causes piles problem again ?
Please suggest me as I am not able to enjoy with my colleague & friends in parties ...
