Hi! I Had A Pimple That I Had Initially Popped

Hi! I had a pimple that i had initially popped about two weeks ago, and it started to heal but naturally I messed with it, touched it, picked at it, and scratched it a lot. Now somehow it has turned into a giant swollen scab on my face that is very firm, and being the hypochondriac I am I am considering that t is basal cell carcinoma. I was wondering, if it is just an inflamed sore, what would be the best remedy to get rid of this FAST. Thank you!
