Hi, I Had A Question. I Started My Depo Shots

Hi, I had a question. I started my depo shots last September. I've only had another shot in December. .. Wasn't due back for another until the beginning of March. My periods completely stopped but randomly I'd notice a little bit of old blood when I wiped sometimes. Always a darkish brown color but in mid February I noticed 2 different days I spot this bright red blood. Also in February I had a clear discharge. Thought it was a little weird. I was wondering if it would have been possible of it being signs of ovulation? I was due for my shot the beginning of this month but I missed my appointment.
