Hi I Had A Question A Few Minutes Ago I

Hi I had a question a few minutes ago I woke up to disconnect my phone it was charging and right after when I tried to fall back to sleep my body started shaking and jidering like when your shivering of cold, my face felt numb and then all of a sudden my arm kinda moved I could feel my heart beating fast as well im feeling a little better now but im curious to know what went on.
