Hi I Had A Quick Questions, When I Pee I

Hi I had a quick questions, when I pee I get looks like if it was a piece of skin. It doesn't come out with blood it is just clear like a piece of skin , could it be something bad? I have been bleeding on and off for almost a month now. I bleed for one day and than not the next day.
