Hi I Had A Section 11 Weeks Ago And Have

Hi I had a section 11 weeks ago and have had no pain for about 6 weeks now but for the last few days I have been having internal pain around the site of the wound and just above on the right side is throbbing (I did have a heamatoma which is still there but tiny now) and I am now concerned is it my ovary or is it the wound inside healing up causing the pain. I suffer from health anxiety so my mind goes straight to ovarian cancer. Thanks
