Hi I Had A Sector Back In July So I

Hi I had a sector back in July so I am 19 weeks on and I have lower abdominal pain back ache and I am irritable. I have always done too much through my recovery as I didn't get much help so I didn't have a choice I am on the go all the time but this pain feels like 3 weeks after c section it hurts a lot what do you think this could be.
