Hi, I Had A Seizure And Went To The Hospital

Hi, I had a seizure and went to the hospital 12/19. An iv was placed in my left hand below the wrist. I was discharge that same night but I notice my hand where the needle was placed was very painful. Now my veins do not look green anymore it looks black and feels hard. What is this? And how can I reverse it?
