Hi, I Had A Severe Stomach Pain While Emptying My

Hi, I had a severe stomach pain while emptying my bowls and came over dizzy, drunk like and broke out in an instant sweat all while still seating on the toilet , this has happened before and I ended up in hospital for a week last year. I had to be put out and a scope inserted up my back passage but results came back clear so can I expect this still to happen for rest of my life ?
