Hi, I Had A Sharp Pain In The Middle Of

Hi, I had a sharp pain in the middle of my chest and then couple of minutes I had some burning/numbing feeling on the left side of my chest and then later the numbing went to the back of my left arm. It has faded but it lingers on the chest. What should I do? Am I having a heart attack?
