Hi, I had a shoulder injury when I was 16 playing football which gutted like hell at the time and weeks after. I went to a doctor and was prescribed medicine for inflammation but it still had pain time from time. After a while it had stop bothering me until I started throwing footballs and trying to box, my shoulder would dislocate and lock when given to much power or extending my arm. I’ve tried excersing carefully but it doesn’t seem to get better or oven feel like it’s stronger I’ve just learned how to work with it and keep it a little stable
