Hi I Had A Simple Cyst In My Right Ovary

Hi I had a simple cyst in my right ovary 3months back and took femilon for regularizing periods. Then for the next 3 months I got periods on 14th lasted for 3 days,28days cycle. Then my doc advice to take follicular scanning but due to my circumstances I was not able t
o and had sex with him during my ovulation. Awaited this month for the pregnancy but today 15 the DEC got spotting but did not do preg test. I'm doubtful about this. Should I do the test? Is there chances of pregnant? Pls advice what should I do now?
